Feline Edge…..So why Feline Edge you may wonder. 
 I have always loved the play on words (Feel on Edge) but this is not the only reason. 
Most assume that I have or love Cats, this is not the case, the Feline is not from that angle at all. 
Although I do like cats I prefer Snakes and as many of you know Sebastian has been with me for nearly 15 years, Reptile Edge just hasn’t the same…...Vibe 
For many years I was playing around with the idea of forming an all-female band and was considering names, names I liked, I resonated with, quirky and most importantly had not been used. 
When the idea of Feline Edge popped into my mind I never forgot it. 
 I promptly claimed it as my email address many years ago when emails were first introduced. 
 Imagine my surprise, all these years later, to find it was available for my Website Domain and Business names. Sweeeeeet. 
When I think Feline, I imagine the bigger wild Cats Free, powerful and independent, with a feminine strength and a don’t fuck with me stance. 
Edge, is a great word, living on the edge, edge of society, edge of reality, or as in one of my all-time favourite albums by Hawkwind ‘Warrior on the Edge of time’. 
We all need to have an Edge don't we. Individuality is an Edge, who wants to be standard or middle of the road, being on the Edge can be powerful and adventurous, it can be the end of something and a new beginning. It can also be mysterious, sharp, focused and even dangerous. 
So any way that is what it means to me, I may still form that band one day you just never know what is over the edge of the next horizon.
